Since we moved into this house at the end of March this year, we’ve probably had almost every type of contractor you can think of come and do work for us. We got quotes from several different electricians for some big work we needed to have done, and Jason Young at Covenant Electrical Services came in with the best bid.If you’d care to check out his web site, here’s the URL:  http://www.covenantelectricalservices.com/ We’re not related to Jason (or the previously mentioned plumber), and all we really know about him is the quality of work he did for us and our personal experience with him and his crew.

Jason replaced our new breaker panel; (the home inspector told us the old one was a fire hazard!), hung lights inside and out, installed an exhaust fan in the bathroom, installed an outlet outside, put the microwave oven on its own circuit, and then installed our generator. He’s a master  electrician and certified to service and maintain Generac generators, so we feel confident in his skills. He did a good job for us; had a competent crew with him; and his prices are very fair. On top of that, he’s a really nice guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, and if you’re thinking about installing a generator, ask him about it before you purchase one. There’s more to it than you might think. Oh, and get a permit from The Woodlands first! There are rules about this sort of thing.
