Kudos to a Big-Box Store

I try to buy as much as I can from Ace Hardware because they’re locally owned and operated, but they don’t always have what I want. Lately, I’ve been showing up over at Home Depot a few times a week, searching for this and that. A couple of days ago, I was on the hunt for four specific items that are kind of hard to find, and I have to tell you, five different sales people helped me, and they practically turned that store upside down to find what I needed. Amazing, especially considering the fact that these were not pricy items! Then, when I went to the self-checkout, the young man at the register came out and checked everything out for me and put the sacks in my basket as well. What service! So, okay, Home Depot, you’ve got me. Forget Lowe’s. I can see a lot of those tan and orange Home Depot sacks in my future.
