Communicating With Your Dog

Since so many of us in the neighborhood have dogs, I thought you might find this web page interesting. If you have a few minutes, go to the video near the end. I think you’ll find it interesting. I just tried a few of the calming procedures with Bailey, who is very distressed at the moment because Fred got to go for a car ride, and she didn’t. The procedures seemed to have worked. She stopped whining and laid down for a nap. Pretty amazing. It was surprising that when I feigned a nice, loud yawn, she immediately mimicked me. I’d never noticed that behavior before. You might want to try a couple of these “tricks” the next time Fido gets stressed out about something.
