Things Could Be Worse. We Could Live in Stockton.

Forbes just came out with their annual “Most Miserable Cities” list. They use ten factors to determine the top twenty most miserable cities in the U.S., including violent crime rates, taxes, cost of living, foreclosures, etc. California and Florida have several cities on the list, but happily, none of the cities are in Texas.

Here are the top ten most miserable, at least according to Forbes.

1. Stockton, California

2. Miami, Florida

3. Merced, California

4. Modesto, California

5. Sacramento, California

6. Memphis, TN  – our former hometown

7. Chicago, Illinois

8. West Palm Beach, Florida

9. Vallejo, California

10. Cleveland, Ohio
