Meeting Today Regarding Construction of Apartment Complex

We didn’t find out about this until the very last minute, but it seems there will be a meeting this morning to discuss project plans for the apartments to be built on the site of the old WAC.

I know that this is a “done deal,” and that many people did not want to see an apartment complex built on that site, myself included, but I guess it’s not too late to at least get two-cents in the discussion. See the announcement below which I received in an email.

Friday Feb. 11 @ 10 AM

There will be a meeting with residents about their concerns for this building project…

The address of the meeting is:  2712 Echo Street… Just across Millbend in that neighborhood next to the WAC…

They need to have big turn out…  As you can see they are setting this meeting during a work day…. HMMMMM….

Mr. Trent Conner is a representative of Greystar Construction (the developement company which will be changing the face of our neighborhood).

He will be sharing the plans/elevations and other information about the new apartment complex.  Many people have major concerns about this.
