Texas Wildfires: More Homes in Danger in Palo Pinto County

There’s a big wildfire burning less than 100 miles away from Dallas-Fort Worth, and the wind is still blowing. It seems the news just keeps getting worse and worse. Cynthia Vega’s article online this afternoon, “More Homes in Danger in Palo Pinto County” for WFAA, gives you a sort of heart-sick feeling. That Possum Kingdom Fire was bigger than anyone thought. The situation is so serious that it has been upgraded to a Level 1 disaster. Be sure to read the article. It’s short, and a video is included.
