All of the casinos in Tunica, Mississippi, were closed last week due to the flooding threat. It seems they made the right decision. This is an extraordinary event, to say the least, and a lot of people are out of work because of it. A friend emailed these pictures to me and said they had been circulating, but she didn’t have a credit for them. I also don’t have specific locations for the photos, but if you’ve been there, you probably recognize some of these spots. Even if you’ve never been there, you can see that this is a disaster for the people who work in these places. (Just received the comment that this is Harrah’s.)
