Texas Wildfires: Situation Critical Today

It doesn’t get much worse than this. Here’s the latest information from the Texas Forest Service. Click on the image below to go directly to the Texas Forest Service web site for more information. At least there is a little rain on the map today, but if thunderstorms produce lightning, that only increases the risk for more fires. No appreciable rain in our area for 63 days now. The deer are coming out of the woods to search for water.
