Texas Wildfires: Saving Horses Near Bastrop – Photo

A kind neighbor sent me this photo, which was taken outside Bastrop by James Neilsen Wells as his brother saved a couple of horses from the advancing fire. The rear-view mirror sort of says it all. I’m assuming that everyone made it to safety. Sure hope so.
